ABOUT THE AUTHOR

I grew up on Cape Cod and have always called New England home. I lived in Boston and Newton for many years before retreating up to the Massachusetts suburb of North Andover. I live with my husband and our two young boys — Camden is 5 and Ryder is 2. The best thing I ever did was create a family, have kids, decide to be a parent with my favorite person. I am the most proud of them.

I am 40 now which is bizarre. 1984 to 2024 baby. What a time.

My favorite book is The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt. Fates and Furies by Lauren Goff is #2.

My desert island album is Graceland by Paul Simon. My favorite Band is Steely Dan.

My favorite Taylor Swift song is 22. Everything will be alright if you keep me next to youuu.

you don’t know about me….but you’re here so I bet you want too….

Skiing + après skiing are my favorite hobbies. The parking lot below is one of my happy places.

The meal that ends it all is an elevated bowl of Ramen Noodles.

I salute to Dirty Martinis for life. Bleu cheese stuffed olives in them? There’s a time and a place for that!

I collect antique soda bottles and hotel key cards.

I’m riding the wave of travel nostalgia and embracing that love is in the little things.

It all takes hard work. I have had hard years, hard days, frantic times, kids are tough. I’m here to jump beyond that. Good Things Are Going to Happen. (That’s my HERO post. Check it out for more.)

Thanks so much for being here!

xx,

Kristen
